1. Data we collect from you
None. PrivaPDF does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no logins, and no forms that capture personal data.
2. Your files
All PDF and image processing happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your files are never transmitted to any server. We literally cannot access them.
3. Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant ads. In the EU/EEA, we use Google's Consent Management Platform — you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ad Settings.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding personal data processed on our behalf by third-party services (Google AdSense, Cloudflare):
- Access — request a copy of data held about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing of your data.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — opt out of personalised advertising at any time.
Because PrivaPDF processes all files client-side and collects no personal data itself, most of these rights apply to the limited data that Cloudflare and Google AdSense handle on our behalf. 5. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses. It collects only aggregated page-view counts.
6. Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may process connection metadata (IP addresses, headers) in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Children’s privacy
PrivaPDF is not directed at children under 13 (or 14 in Spain, per LOPDGDD). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
